We’re a family-run business based in Staffordshire, and we’ve been running serviced accommodation for over 3 years. What started as a small venture has grown into a passion for providing clean, comfortable, and well-managed stays across our properties.

Our team

We’re a small, hands-on team made up of family-so when you stay with us, you’re not just another booking. We take pride in personally managing our properties to ensure everything runs smoothly from check-in to check-out.

Behind the scenes, we each play a part-whether it’s guest communication, cleaning and preparation, maintenance, or keeping the business running day to day. It’s a team effort, and we care about the details because we care about our guests.

How we started

Our journey into property began over three years ago, when we decided to build something that could grow alongside our family. With Emma’s background in running a busy barbershop and Ronnie’s years of experience in construction, we combined service, structure, and a shared vision to launch our first serviced accommodation.

What started with just one property soon became a passion for creating comfortable, well-managed spaces that feel like home. It’s now a true family effort-our son Rhys has worked with us since leaving school, helping with everything from set-ups to day-to-day operations.
