These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Kalen Luxury Stays. By placing a booking through our website or any third-party platform, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
Booking and Payment
To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years old. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and acknowledged. We accept a variety of payment methods, which may vary depending on the booking platform. A refundable security deposit may be required before check-in, which will be returned after your stay, provided the property is left in good condition and no rules have been broken.
Check-in and Check-out
Guests can check in from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is required by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability and additional charges. Details for self check-in will be provided prior to your arrival.
Use of the Property
Our properties are strictly for residential use. The maximum number of guests allowed will be stated at the time of booking and must not be exceeded. Subletting or bringing additional visitors who are not listed in the booking is not permitted. Commercial use, including photography or filming, is not allowed without prior written permission from us. House Rules All guests are expected to follow our house rules. Smoking, including vaping and the use of e-cigarettes, is not allowed anywhere inside the property. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing. Parties, events, and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours must be observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for our neighbours and the local community.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Our cancellation policy will vary depending on how and where you booked. Unless otherwise stated, full refunds are typically available for cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to partial or no refund. No refunds will be given for early departures or no-shows.
Guest Responsibilities
You are responsible for the condition of the property during your stay. Please report any damages or issues immediately. You may be charged for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning if the property is left in poor condition. Lost keys or fobs may incur a replacement fee. We expect all guests to treat the property with care and respect.
Liability
Kalen Property Group is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay, nor are we liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as emergency repairs or situations beyond our control.
Privacy and Data
We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. For details on how your information is used and stored, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Breach of Terms
We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if any of these Terms or House Rules are breached. Serious misconduct or illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
